Extra half percent on the prepared food tax and for only 15 years. Not as absurd as the original request but still DOA in Raleigh.
Bonus observation: The fun comes when the city realizes that it’s got to go back to the Panthers and cut a new smaller deal. I think that may cause some people’s heads to explode.
