NASCAR quote of the moment

Via speedtv.com. Racing legend A.J. Foyt — the only driver to win the Daytona 500, the Indianapolis 500, and the 24 Hours of Le Mans — on NASCAR’s recent race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and NASCAR in general:

People like to see racing, as long as it’s good racing, and the Brickyard has never been very good… All in all, NASCAR doesn’t have good racing any more. You watch the last 10 laps. That’s about it.

Guess Foyt won’t be getting nominated for the NASCAR HOF anytime soon.

If NASCAR were the Olympic Village, A.J. would have been burned at the stake by now. Using the Official Firewood Of The 2012 Olympics.
