Foreclosure. And probably a conversion into apartments. Which really should surprise no one. Which is not to say that local economic development types like the trend, because renting doesn’t tie people and their income streams to the city long term the way buying a condo would.

The Vue lost me when they originally quoted me $880K for a 1500 sqft, 2 BR/2 BA corner condo on the 30th floor. This ain’t NYC, or San Francisco, or Chicago.
